I ordered a Logic Port from PC Test Instruments and it arrived today. Here is a screenshot of a PWM signal on both my Rigol Oscilloscope and the Logic Port.

In the logic analyzer view, you've zoomed in on a tiny glitch at 2ns resolution (probably overshoot in the waveform). Reduce the sample rate and zoom out and the signals will match.

Thanks, I had not noticed that I had zoomed all the way in like that.
